We are very concern and serious to share your information via Mobile Application to other users. We have very limited data (age, religion, caste, your current location, height, educational degree, and occupation) that we share in our Mobile Application. Your other personal data will be used for data analysis, manage your account, provide you with customer support, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and evaluate and improve our Mobile Application, products, and services to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements.

 

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU

While registering for our services, you share your personal details, such as name, your gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, your photos, contact details, educational background, Occupational information, marital status, astrological information, etc. You have your own choice to share your success story, marriage photo, and your feedback on our Mobile Application.

We need SMS permission for authenticating transactions via OTP, sent by the Payment Gateway.

NepaliLami respects the intellectual property of others and expects Users to do the same. It is Our policy to terminate the NepaliLami Accounts of Members who are found to violate or are believed to be violating the rights of copyright holders.

 

TERMINATION POLICY

This Agreement is valid to the Users who are registered and are using our Application or the Services. You may discontinue Your use of the Application or participation in the Services at any time, for any reason. With our rights by law, we may suspend or deactivate Your NepaliLami Account, or cancel Your membership to access the Platform, at any time, for any reason, upon notice to You. The termination of your membership, will not be entitled to a refund for any subscription fees, if any, paid by You, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

 

OTHER TERMS OF USE FOR MEMBERS

NepaliLami reserves the right to review the activity and status of each account and block access to the member if it goes against Our policy.
You as a NepaliLami member, do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from Us, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile transactions.
Multiple profiles of the same person are strictly not allowed on the NepaliLami Mobile Application. We reserve the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
You are not allowed to use other members’ profiles for advertising, promoting or sharing outside of the NepaliLami Mobile Application.
NepaliLami is not responsible for any activities You engage with other Members after You meet via Our Application.
NepaliLami does not provoke the “dowry” if both members are successfully going to get married through our Platform.

By becoming a member of NepaliLami and/or using the Services of the Site, You confirm that You have read and understood all the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
