We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting the amended Agreement on the Site. If We make changes, We will notify You by, at a minimum, revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continuous use of the Application or Services after any such changes shall agree Your consent to such changes. If You do not agree to any such changes You may not use or access the Application or the Services.

The Application and Services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. To register as a member and use the services of the Application, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of Nepal, currently, which is at least 18 years old for females and 21 years old for males. By becoming a Member you represent and prove that You are at least the required age for marriage according to the Nepali law as mentioned above and You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

In order to access certain features of the Application and Services, You must register to create an account and become a Member. You may register to join the Application and Services directly via Mobile Application from Google Play and App Store .

You will create Your Account and Your Account profile page for Your use of the Application and Services. You cannot have more than one Account. You should agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. You should keep updating such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. NepaliLami reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and Your access to the Site and Services if You create more than one Account or if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password. You agree that You will not disclose Your password to any third party and that You will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under Your NepaliLami account, whether or not You have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify the NepaliLami of any unauthorized use of Your account.

As mentioned above, You will create Your Account and use our Services just to find a partner for marriage not for casual dating. Any other organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive businesses cannot become a Member of NepaliLami and nor use the Service or other users’ data for any commercial purpose. NepaliLami reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for the breaking of these obligations.

The information that you provide or generate, as a part of Your use of the Service, is of great importance to NepaliLami. The Service is encrypted using SSL technology and all your information, including reports and the content of your logs, is stored on vps servers.

When using Our Services, You are responsible for safeguarding the password and login credentials that You use to access the Mobile Application and You agree not to disclose your password to any third parties. You are solely responsible for any activity performed from Your Account and shall immediately notify NepaliLami of any unauthorized use of Your account. You hereby acknowledge that the information that You provide Us for the use of Our Services are likely to be highly sensitive and should be kept confidential by You and stored at all times to avoid unauthorized access. NepaliLami disclaims any and all liability for the safety of Your data, passwords, login credentials and how the contents of Your data are used.

You understand and agree that You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and tax obligations that may apply to You while using NepaliLami Application and Services. While using Our Application and Services, You agree that You will not:

pretend, falsify or fabricate to misrepresent Yourself or Your affiliation with any other person or entity;
use Our Application to find someone’s identity for stalking, threatening or harassing;
post any false, inaccurate, inappropriate, abusive, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, misleading information while using Our Application and Services;
post, email or transmit any malicious code, files or programs that interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware equipment or take away any data or personal information;
try to hack the NepaliLami system or breach any authentication of the security system;
try to use any other manual or automatic device to retrieve, scrape, or “data mine” the contents and data of NepaliLami.
use Our Application or Services in connection with the distribution of unsolicited commercial email (“spam”);

Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property of NepaliLami is entirely owned by Us. Our intellectual property includes database rights, copyright, design rights, trademarks, and other similar rights. NepaliLami’s trademarks, logos, service marks, and company/product names set forth in the Platform are the property of NepaliLami. You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information (“Submissions”) provided by You to Us are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of NepaliLami. NepaliLami owns exclusive rights to use and dissemination of any of your submissions for the purpose of commercialization and marketing without any restriction, acknowledgment or compensation to You.

Application License
NepaliLami grants You a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access the Application to use Our Service for Your sole purpose. NepaliLami reserves all rights in the Application that is not granted to You by this Agreement.

Member Content License
With the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NepaliLami grants You a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license, to: (i) access and view any Content for your personal purposes only and (ii) access and view other Member Content to which You are permitted to access, only for Your personal and non-commercial purposes. You have no right to sublicense this granted license rights in this section.
You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, any NepaliLami content to distribute, sub-license, transfer, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Application and Services.

When You become a Member of Our Mobile Application, You agree to accept and receive communication from Us. Email, text messages, calls and notifications are the means used for communicating with You. By agreeing to be contacted by NepaliLami, You understand and agree that You may receive communication from Us to provide you a better Services. You understand and agree that Your phone number will be used for the verification of Your identity and You will receive a phone call from Our customer Service for your second verification. NepaliLami reserves the right to cancel the notification service at any time. If You do not receive any of Our email communications, calls or text messages, You may not use Our Service or You have the right to contact our Customer Service.

NepaliLami highly appreciates Your comments and suggestions for the improvement of Our Application and Services (“Feedback”). You may submit Feedback through our Feedback section on the Mobile Application. You understand and agree that the Feedback sent by You will be the sole property of NepaliLami and will be posted without any obligation to You.

NepaliLami respects the intellectual property of others and expects Users to do the same. It is Our policy to terminate the NepaliLami Accounts of Members who are found to violate or are believed to be violating the rights of copyright holders.

This Agreement is valid to the Users who are registered and are using our Application or the Services. You may discontinue Your use of the Application or participation in the Services at any time, for any reason. With our rights by law, we may suspend or deactivate Your NepaliLami Account, or cancel Your membership to access the Platform, at any time, for any reason, upon notice to You. The termination of your membership, will not be entitled to a refund for any subscription fees, if any, paid by You, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

NepaliLami reserves the right to review the activity and status of each account and block access to the member if it goes against Our policy.
You as a NepaliLami member, do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from Us, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile transactions.
Multiple profiles of the same person are strictly not allowed on the NepaliLami Mobile Application. We reserve the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
You are not allowed to use other members’ profiles for advertising, promoting or sharing outside of the NepaliLami Mobile Application.
NepaliLami is not responsible for any activities You engage with other Members after You meet via Our Application.
NepaliLami does not provoke the “dowry” if both members are successfully going to get married through our Platform.

By becoming a member of NepaliLami and/or using the Services of the Site, You confirm that You have read and understood all the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
